Convi is designed to grow with your business. You can easily manage your subscription plan directly from your Convi admin panel to match your store's current needs. This guide will walk you through how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan. Changes are processed through Shopify's secure billing system, ensuring a seamless and trusted experience.
How to Manage Your Subscription
You can change your plan at any time without needing to contact support. Follow these steps to manage your subscription:
From your Convi admin panel, navigate to the Pricing page.
Here you will see your current plan highlighted, along with the other available plans.
Click the Choose Plan button under the plan you wish to switch to.
You will be redirected to Shopify to approve the new subscription charge.
💡 Tip: All Convi billing is handled directly through your Shopify account on a 30-day cycle. All charges are in USD. |
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade to a higher-tiered plan, the change takes effect immediately, giving you instant access to a higher AI Reply limit. Shopify will prorate the cost, meaning you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade to a lower-tiered plan, the new plan will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan’s features and reply limit until the end of the current cycle.
ℹ️ Note: If you are on a 7-day free trial, changing your plan will end the trial period and your new plan will start immediately. |
Canceling Your Plan
You can cancel your Convi subscription at any time without any fees or penalties. Since Convi operates on a no-contract basis, you have complete flexibility.
To cancel your plan, simply uninstall the Convi app from your Shopify store's "Apps" section. Your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you will not be billed for the next cycle. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
