Welcome to Convi! Our Free plan is the perfect way to experience the power of an AI shopping assistant on your Shopify store without any commitment. This guide will walk you through what's included and how to make the most of your 100 free AI replies each month.

The Free plan is designed to give you a solid foundation for automating customer support and providing a great shopping experience. Here’s what you get:

What Happens if I Exceed the Reply Limit?

Once your assistant has used all 100 AI replies for the 30-day billing cycle, it will stop responding to new customer inquiries. Customers will not be able to interact with the chat widget until the limit resets at the start of your next cycle or you upgrade to a paid plan.

⚠️ Important: The AI assistant will become inactive after the 100-reply limit is reached. To ensure continuous service, we recommend monitoring your usage from the Convi dashboard and considering an upgrade if you are consistently approaching the limit.

How to Get the Most Out of Your Free Plan

A little setup goes a long way! Follow these tips to maximize the value of your free replies.

  1. Complete the Setup Checklist: As soon as you install Convi, head to your dashboard and complete the "Finish Setup" tasks. This ensures your AI is trained and ready for customers.

  2. Build Your Knowledge Base: Add your store's FAQs, policies, and other key information to the Knowledge Base. The more the AI knows, the more questions it can answer accurately without you.

  3. Monitor Your Analytics: Keep an eye on the Analytics dashboard to see what your customers are asking about. This will help you identify gaps in your Knowledge Base and understand where the AI is providing the most value.

💡 Tip: Focus on answering your top 5-10 most common customer questions in your Knowledge Base first. This is the fastest way to increase the number of conversations your AI can resolve automatically.
