Our pricing is based on the number of AI-powered replies Convi handles for you each month, ensuring you only pay for what you use. This guide will help you understand our plans so you can choose the one that's right for you.

What counts as an 'AI Reply'?

An AI Reply is any message generated and sent by the Convi AI assistant to a customer. This includes answers to questions, product recommendations, and proactive greetings. Messages sent by human agents during a manual takeover do not count towards your limit.

What happens if I exceed my monthly reply limit?

On the Free plan, the AI assistant will stop responding once you reach your 100-reply limit. For our paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Scale), you will be charged a small fee for each additional reply, as detailed in the pricing table. This ensures your customers continue to receive support without interruption.

How does billing work?

All subscription and overage charges are billed in USD directly through your Shopify account on a 30-day cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time without any long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
