After installing Convi, the "Finish Setup" checklist on your Home dashboard is the fastest way to get your AI assistant ready for customers. This guide will walk you through each of the four essential tasks to ensure your AI is fully configured and optimized.

Step 1: Check Your Training Score

Your AI's training score reflects how well it can answer customer questions based on your current knowledge base. A higher score means more accurate, helpful responses.

โ„น๏ธ Note: You can improve your training score by adding more information to your Knowledge Base, such as FAQs, product details, and store policies.

Step 2: Enhance AI Agent Capabilities

"Abilities" are special permissions that allow your AI to perform actions like searching for products or tracking orders. Activating more abilities makes your AI assistant more powerful and useful.

Step 3: Test Your Widget

Before your customers interact with the AI, it's a good idea to test the chat widget yourself. This allows you to experience the chat from a customer's perspective and ensure everything is working as expected.

โš ๏ธ Important: You can test your widget by clicking the "Test chatbot" button in the AI Agent section of your Convi panel.

Step 4: Pick the Best Plan for Your Store

Convi offers several pricing plans to fit your business needs. Each plan includes a different number of monthly AI replies. Choosing the right plan ensures you have enough reply volume for your store's traffic.
