Installing Convi on Your Shopify Store
Installing Convi is the first step towards providing 24/7, AI-powered support to your customers. The installation process is quick, code-free, and seamlessly integrates Convi with your Shopify store data, including products and orders. Once installed, the Convi chat widget will be ready to assist your shoppers and boost your sales.
Step 1: Install the Convi App from the Shopify App Store
The journey begins at the Shopify App Store. Installing the app is a simple, one-click process that requires no coding.
Navigate to the Convi App Store page.
Click the Add app button.
Review the permissions and click Install app to grant Convi access to your store.

Step 2: Activate the Convi Widget in Your Theme
After installation, you need to activate the Convi chat widget to make it visible on your storefront. This is done through the Shopify theme editor.
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Find your current theme and click the Customize button.
In the theme editor, click on the App embeds icon in the left sidebar.
Locate the Bubble widget chatbot embed and toggle it on.
Click Save in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Complete the 'Finish Setup' Checklist
Once the app is installed and the widget is enabled, you will see a “Finish Setup” checklist on your Convi dashboard. Completing these steps ensures your AI is fully prepared to assist customers.
Check training score: See how well the AI understands your store's data.
Enhance AI agent capabilities: Activate skills like order tracking and product search.
Test your widget: Interact with the chatbot to see it in action.
Pick the best plan for your store: Choose a subscription that fits your business needs.
