AI Tasks let your assistant automatically take actions during conversations. This helps you save time, resolve questions faster, and even boost sales.


βš™οΈ Task Categories

Tasks are grouped into two categories:

πŸ› οΈ Support Tasks
Help customers with common service requests:

  • Track Order

  • Cancel Orders

πŸ’‘ Marketing Tasks
Increase engagement and conversions:

  • Suggest Related Products

  • Suggest Discounts


πŸ› οΈ Available Tasks

Below is a summary of what each Task does:

1️⃣ Track Order (Support)
Allows customers to get live updates on their order status.

2️⃣ Cancel Orders (Support)
Lets your AI cancel orders automatically when requested.

3️⃣ Suggest Related Products (Marketing)
Recommends complementary products during chat or checkout.

4️⃣ Suggest Discounts (Marketing)
Offers promotional discounts to help close sales.


✏️ How to Enable a Task

  1. Go to AI Training > Tasks.

  2. Find the Task you want to activate.

  3. Click the Task to open its details.

  4. Click Activate.

  5. If required, grant any permissions (e.g., to manage orders).

βœ… Once activated, your AI can use this Task in all new conversations.


🚫 How to Deactivate a Task

  1. Go to AI Training > Tasks.

  2. Click the Task you want to turn off.

  3. In the Task details, click Deactivate.

βœ… The Task will immediately stop running in new chats.

Tip: You can reactivate any Task later if your needs change.


🧩 Best Practices for Managing Tasks

  • Start by enabling Track Orderβ€”it’s the most common customer request.

  • Use Suggest Discounts carefully to avoid offering too many promotions.

  • Periodically review which Tasks are active to ensure they fit your goals.

  • Combine Support and Marketing Tasks for a well-rounded customer experience.
