If the AI canβt track or cancel orders:

Go to AI Training > Tasks.
Confirm that Track Order or Cancel Orders are enabled.

Make sure you granted all required Shopify permissions when setting up Tasks.
3οΈβ£ Confirm order status:
Orders that are already fulfilled or canceled cannot be updated.
4οΈβ£ Test manually:
Try performing the action in Shopify to confirm it works there.
