βœ… Widget Not Showing Up

If your chatbot widget isn’t visible on your store, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1️⃣ Check if the widget is enabled:

  • In Convi, go to Widget > Manage.

  • Make sure the Enable Chatbot toggle is turned On.

2️⃣ Verify the Convi app embed is activated:

  • In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.

  • In the left sidebar, click App Embeds.

  • Find Convi in the list and ensure the toggle is switched On.

  • Click Save after enabling.

3️⃣ Confirm your theme compatibility:

  • Refresh your storefront.

  • If you recently changed your Shopify theme, open the Convi app again to re-save your settings.

4️⃣ Clear your cache:

  • Sometimes cached files prevent the widget from loading.

  • Try viewing your site in an incognito window.

5️⃣ Check for app conflicts:

  • Other apps that inject scripts can interfere.

  • Temporarily disable other chat or popup apps to see if the widget appears.
