If your AI isn’t replying to customer messages:
1️⃣ Confirm Knowledge is set up:
Make sure you’ve added key FAQs and content.
The AI needs Knowledge entries to answer accurately.
2️⃣ Check Assistant Instructions:
Ensure you have configured tone, answer length, and any custom instructions.
3️⃣ Look for Unresolved Inquiries:
If the AI didn’t know the answer, it will show as a Content Gap.
Go to AI Training > Unresolved Inquiries to review.
4️⃣ Verify widget status:
Make sure the chatbot is enabled and visible.
