If your AI isn’t replying to customer messages:

1️⃣ Confirm Knowledge is set up:

  • Make sure you’ve added key FAQs and content.

  • The AI needs Knowledge entries to answer accurately.

2️⃣ Check Assistant Instructions:

  • Ensure you have configured tone, answer length, and any custom instructions.

3️⃣ Look for Unresolved Inquiries:

  • If the AI didn’t know the answer, it will show as a Content Gap.

  • Go to AI Training > Unresolved Inquiries to review.

4️⃣ Verify widget status:

  • Make sure the chatbot is enabled and visible.
