Assistant Instructions help you control how your AI communicates and ensure every reply fits your brand style and tone.

Setting instructions helps you:

✅ Choose the right level of detail in answers.

✏️ How to Set Instructions

  1. Go to AI Training > Instructions.


🗣️ Assistant Personality

Here you can customize:

  • Assistant Name
    The name displayed to customers during chats (e.g., “Convi Assistant”).

  • Tone of Voice
    Choose one of these options:

    • Friendly

    • Professional

    • Playful

  • Answer Length
    Select the amount of detail you prefer:

    • Short

    • Medium

    • Long


🧠 Custom Instructions

Use this section to give your AI important context about your business.

Include details such as:

  • What you sell

  • Who your customers are

  • Your main policies or special offers

  • Any words or style preferences

Example:

We sell luxury skincare products. Our customers value natural ingredients and premium packaging. Use a warm and knowledgeable tone, and always mention our 30-day return policy when relevant.
