βœ… Reviewing Customer Feedback

Customer feedback shows how well your AI Assistant is performing and helps you improve replies over time.


⭐ How Feedback Works

After each conversation, customers can leave a rating:
πŸ‘ Thumbs Up – The response was helpful.
πŸ‘Ž Thumbs Down – The response was not helpful.


πŸ” How to See Feedback

To view rated conversations, you can use the filter icon in your Inbox:

  1. Open your Inbox.

  2. Look near the top of the conversation list and click the Filter icon (it looks like a funnel).

  3. In the filter menu, find Customer Feedback.

  4. Select either:

    • Upvoted to see only conversations with thumbs up.

    • Downvoted to see only conversations with thumbs down.

Your Inbox will update to show only the filtered results.

  1. Click any conversation to open it and review the full details.


πŸ› οΈ How to Act on Feedback

If you see a thumbs down:

βœ… Review the Conversation
Read what the AI said and consider why it didn’t meet expectations.

βœ… Add Knowledge
Create a new Knowledge entry to fill any gaps so the AI can answer correctly next time.

βœ… Update Instructions
If the tone was off or incomplete, edit your Assistant Instructions to refine the style.

βœ… Look for Patterns
Repeated negative feedback on similar questions usually means you should expand or improve Knowledge.
